Mi Casa Es Su Casa

Welcome to Brockley Estate, situated on a 10,000-acre sheep and cattle farm. This 1841 colonial homestead has been lovingly restored into accommodation that showcases Tasmania’s heritage, food and wine. It’s run by Tassie born Julian and Spanish co-owner Chaxi who together have created an enchanting destination. There’s something to be said for the old world charm, however it’s Chaxi’s authentic Spanish cuisine, prepared with farm fresh produce, that adds a “˜Tassie’ twist. Enrol in a cooking class and learn Chaxi’s family secrets, or just relax, explore the property, visit some east coast vineyards or take a boat trip to Maria Island. By then you’ll be ready for a culinary treat… bon appétit or rather buen provecho!
