THE NATiVE COMPANiON

Meet Greg Irons, founder of the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. “˜Bonorong’ translates to “˜native companion’, which sums up Greg perfectly! He has devoted his life to rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing Tasmania’s native animals back into the wild. Step into the world of Bonorong and meet some extraordinary, cute and cuddly creatures. Take a guided tour and get up close and personal, or just wander the grounds and feed the resident kangaroos. Either way, know that when you visit this sanctuary you’re assisting Greg and his passionate Bonorong team with their ultimate goal of returning these animals back to where they truly belong.
